Miss Sullivan County Fair – August, 1st – August, 2nd

This pageant is an important part of the Sullivan County Tennessee Fair. One King or Queen in each age division will be crowned our Mister/Miss Sullivan County Fair and will receive a beautiful crown, sash, gift and a cash prize or scholarship.

This pageant is open to all. All Queens will represent the Inaugural Sullivan County Tennessee Fair with respect for herself, the fair and her community.

Boys:

Little Mister 0-3 yrs (formal wear only)

Mister 4-6 yrs (formal wear only)

Girls:

Baby 0-23 months (formal wear only)

Tiny 2-3 yrs (formal wear only)

Petite 4-6 yrs (formal wear only)

Little 7-9 yrs (formal wear only)

Unquie (special needs) all ages (formal wear only)

Preteen 10-12 yrs (opening number/black, gold, silver and formal wear)

Teen 13-15 yrs (opening number/black, gold, silver and formal wear)

Miss 16-20 yrs (Interview, opening number and formal wear)

Ms/Mrs 21-39 yrs (Interview, opening number and formal wear)

Ms. Modern 18+ yrs (size 14 plus) (Interview, opening number and formal wear)

Elite 40-59 yrs (Interview, opening number and formal wear)

Senior 60+ yrs (Interview, opening number and formal wear)

A few things to go over……….

No flippers or hair pieces. Please wear age appropriate makeup.

All judging is final and all fees are non refundable.

The Directors of the Miss Sullivan County Fair pageant have the right to alter/change any and all rules and regulations and age divisions if necessary. To do so will be in the best interest of the pageant.

Contestants in all age divisions will be required to obey andy and all rules and regulations and demonstrate courtesy and respect for the pageant all contestants.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND PHOTO/VIDEO AUTHORIZATION

1. Liability Waiver: In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Miss Sullivan County Tennessee Fair Pageant, I, the undersigned, hereby release and hold harmless the Sullivan County Fair Association, its officers, volunteers, and the Miss Sullivan County Fair pageant directors (Kaitlin Morton & Andrea Morton) from any and all claims, damages, or injuries resulting from my participation in this pageant. I understand that performing involves inherent risks and I assume full responsibility for my personal safety and the safety of my equipment.

2. Media Release: I hereby grant the Sullivan County Fair the irrevocable right to use my name, likeness, image, and voice in any photos, video recordings, or promotional materials (including social media, websites, and local news) captured during the event for the purpose of promoting the Sullivan County Fair, without compensation.

3. Equipment Responsibility: I understand that the Sullivan County Fair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto the fairgrounds.

4. Code of Conduct: I agree to abide by all fairground rules and the “G-Rated” content policy. I understand that the Fair Board reserves the right to disqualify any contestant that violates safety or decency standards.
